Before the rigorous winter moves into Iceland, the sheep are brought down from the mountain pastures in autumn. They are pulled out of the freedom of nature in one day, gathered in a pen and sorted. If the farmer has got his trailer ready, he opens the gate and the sheep rush out at such a tremendous speed; they are driven by haste and agitation, such that it seems they can even fly. Using the effect of slow motion the sheep appear to float in the air. Modified by the accompanying sound, a rumble and drone, the animals lose their cuteness. Now they appear as uncanny creatures.
